General Description
The PRO-10528 is a true 8 x 8 matrix. Like all Scion matrix systems, each user has the facility to select their input
via infra-red and also using the original device hand set, control the input devices. The infra-red signals are routed with
the HDMI eliminating the control on more than one device at any one time. Local control is via RS232, RS485 or a LAN
connection.
The matrix offers 8 outputs, each providing a single HDMI connector and 2 x CAT5 connectors. These outputs are
mirrored and can therefore be used to create 16 outputs in total.
Enhanced equalization and amplification ensures HDMI signals are transmitted over long lengths of STP/UTP cable with
no signal loss. Transmission distances of 100m are achieved with infra-red signals and 30m with infra-red signals.
A choice of receivers are offered for distances up to 100m with and without infra-red control.
