Scope of Works

The Client came to us with a Brief that he wanted this nursing home to

set the benchmark in features and quality higher than anyone had seen

in Newcastle that others would only follow.

 

There was a requirement for Tight Security, Nurse Call Integration with the same Lighting Control Sensors and Audio Visual style that is not found in any other nursing home. We came up with a design that would allow all systems to integrate and Provide ease of use for staff.

 

System Description

We provided a Scion TV system that works over Cat5 cable and allows for

expansion and future add-ons. The System gives the resident 13 Channels, including Foxtel Pay TV and a PTZ Camera outside that randomly changes from the perimeter park area to give restricted residents outside scenic viewing.

 

It also incorporates a PTZ CCTV camera in the Entertainment area that allows residents that are unable to see the regular performing acts, the ability to watch from their bedroom.
